A Message from Our CEO

For over 40 years my companies in San Francisco have withstood enormous hurdles
and challenging "bumps in the proverbial road." We have contended with forest fires
in the West, the riots in Los Angeles, and the vagaries of the economy but the biggest
challenges we have faced were a result of the following disastrous events out of our
control :

   -  9/11 in 2001
   -  the Great Recession in 2008-2012
   -  the Coronavirus in 2020

and sales & marketing tools. After the Great Recession, for example, we expanded our
product line from specializing in California and the Western USA to providing tours through-out the United States. This was accompanied by a new focus on performing arts tours particularly for the inbound student market from abroad. It is important to note that we never deviated from out primary focus and area of expertise – arranging customized group tours as both a receptive services operator and a destination management company.

Over this 40 year time period many tour operators, large and small, have closed due to over expansion and the financial pressures exerted by the vagaries of the economy and the devastating acts of Mother Nature.

We are still here and eager to partner with you on your group(s) tour(s) to world-class destinations throughout the United States.

Since tour groups have needed to limit their trips due to the Coronavirus the demand to travel will pickup once again. So let's take advantage of this down time and organize a popular tour late this year or early next year. • the Macy's Day Thanksgiving Parade in late November in New York City
• the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena on New Year's Day
